RS was invited to represent Scotland at the International Poetry Festival of Nicaragua in 2017, where she read her own work, with new Spanish translations by Juana Adcock.  The trip included reading and research visits to NYC and Washington DC, with a sharing event at StAnza: Scotland's International Poetry Festival.  Supported by Creative Scotland.
