RS is lead artist for the New Declarations project with Hospitalfield for the Arbroath2020+1 Festival. Working with 16-25 year olds to write statements of concerns, values and intentions around individual and collective issues of freedom of expression; leading to a collaborative text for publication, performance and digital platforms. A preview selection of poems from RS's forthcoming pamphlet collection Rough Currency (Tapsalteerie, May 2021) is featured in the online exhibition The Art of Energy, organised to launch the Centre for Energy Ethics at the University of St Andrews - and was awarded 2nd prize in the inaugural Art of Energy Award. Poems - 'Beacon Spell', 'Konjunktur (Economics)', and 'Did we forget we're tectonic' are featured in the Nueva York Poetry Review, with Spanish translations by Alain Pallais. Commissioned by StAnza: Scotland's International Poetry Festival for Book Week Scotland 2020 - a digital interactive poetry reading created around RS's poem THIS in collaboration with artist Steve Smart.
